The firm has represented Infrastructure Companies, Developers, Consulting companies, Guarantors and Engineering companies in various high-stake arbitration matters arising out of disputes under commercial contracts, construction contracts, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) contracts, development agreement, shareholder agreements etc. The firm is well versed with various arbitration rules adopted by the parties under the arbitration agreement and as such has command on Delhi Arbitration Centre (DAC) Rules, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules, and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules. The firm understands the stake of the industry/individual involved and hence helps them secure interim relief by filing petitions before the appropriate court. The firm is equipped to provide legal assistance and services to the Clients before courts and Arbitral Tribunals.

Although mediation and conciliation are not as technical as Arbitration but indeed play an important role in avoiding technical and legal complications. The firm has provided services under various models of contracts which adopts the procedure of pre-arbitration and/or conciliation as a method to resolve the dispute amicably.
